Wherever you are, however old you are, there’s one thing we can all agree on: Being in quarantine is no fun. Sure something’s maybe nice, like not having to go outside, getting to stay in your PJs at home, but after a little while, it gets kind of boring. And past, boredom there’s something else, you have to keep in mind, your mental health. Life might be chill at home, but you have to remember to protect your mental health. Here are some ways you and your mental health can stay safe while staying home.~
#1- Stay Socially Active!
The first and probably most obvious way to stay mentally protected is by staying socially fit. And that may be a bit troublesome, as the first rule passed was to stay socially distant. Visiting your friends and family in person is not was is being implied, but instead that these times aren’t an excuse to fall behind in your social life. Texting, calling, and video chatting, are all ways you can stay socially aware, to make up for all the missed time, during this pandemic.
