Venturing Europe
First Stop: London!
Three countries, four stops, ten days.~~~
Recently on Life Travel Eat Adventures, we traveled to not one, not two, but three different countries in Europe in ten days! Our first stop was the fifteen-hour flight to London, where we stayed for two nights. Upon arriving, we walked down to a carnival and rode the London Eye, followed by a calming walk around London, but our adventures were barely beginning. After a much needed good night’s sleep, we woke up to the six-hour time difference. We visited Westminster Abbey, after stopping at the Tower Bridge. Afterward, we stopped at a nearby cafe to eat some snacks. After refueling, we glided through Madame Tussauds Museum. We briefly ended our short day, by now, as we were still weary from the flight, and time difference, along with the fact that it was Christmas Eve. The next day, we were more energized as we strolled to the Buckingham Palace. Though it was cloudy, it was still breathtaking. Of course, we couldn’t go inside, as it is still an actively used palace. Our next stop was Trafalgar Square, which was astounding. The more than a century old architecture was wondrous. We walked back to our hotel passing by Big Ben, which was unfortunately under construction, yet still marvelous. We had to finish packing our luggage, as our flight would be taking off to Paris in around four hours.
